Express yourself...

One of the things I love about reading is how it allows me to view the world from another's perspective.  Some authors seem to see things nearly the same way I do; others see things very differently.  

Either way, the author expresses him- or herself through the words he/she choses and how those words are put together.  Similarly, a painter expresses him- or herself through the colors and the lines he/she uses.  The artist may not deliberately be trying to show his/her unique personality through the art, but it always comes through anyway....
